These Terms and Conditions of Use aim to demonstrate the main rules presented by the BIONOVIS S/A – BRAZILIAN PHARMACEUTICAL BIOTECHNOLOGY COMPANY, a joint-stock company, registered with the CNPJ/MF under no. 12.320.079/0001-17, with headquarters in the City of Valinhos, State of São Paulo, at Alameda Itajubá, nº 388, Bairro Joapiranga, Zip Code 13278-530.
As a condition of access and use of the CAREER PORTAL, to the candidate, the USER individuals seeking employment, must declare that they have completely and carefully read the rules of this document and its Privacy Policy, being fully aware and in agreement with them.
The website is intended for use by people over 18 (eighteen) years of age.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAREER PORTAL
1.1. The CAREER PORTAL is a platform dedicated exclusively to candidates treated here as USERS to make their personal and professional information available for current and future job openings with Bionovis.
1.2. The CAREER PORTAL makes available to the USER information about job vacancies and opportunities provided by Bionovis.
1.3. Bionovis uses its best efforts to keep data and information available on the CAREER PORTAL updated and assertive, however, it does not guarantee to be infallible, that is, abnormalities may occur.
CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE CAREER PORTAL
2.1. These Terms of Use is subject to constant improvement and improvement. Thus, Bionovis reserves the right to modify it at any time, according to its purpose and convenience, such as for adequacy and legal compliance with a provision of law or standard that has legal force, and it is up to USERS to check it whenever they access the CAREER PORTAL.
2.2. To use the CAREER PORTAL, the USER needs to register in advance to have access to job vacancies and give his or her specific and clear consent.
2.2.1. Registration to receive job vacancies is open to all USERS. Therefore, the USER must provide correct and truthful information, as well as keeping them updated.
2.2.2. Contact may be made to resolve questions, complaints and suggestions that the USER possibly has.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1. Use the CAREER PORTAL correctly and ethically, obeying the purposes established here, always respecting the conditions that govern the use of the CAREER PORTAL and its purpose and not use the information provided for commercial purposes.
3.2. USERS undertake to provide correct, complete and updated registration data so that the CAREER PORTAL can function correctly, in addition to informing the contact channel capable of being activated by Bionovis to better fulfill the opportunities. If at any time it is found that the USER provided false data or data not consistent with reality, the Bionovis reserves the right to suspend or cancel his or her registration, without prejudice to adopting any measures it deems appropriate.
3.3. To access the CAREER PORTAL securely and use its functionalities fully, USERS are solely responsible for having compatible devices and equipment, Internet connection service with enabled antivirus and firewall, duly updated software – such as browsers –, in addition to the adoption of minimum security measures, which includes, but is not limited to, the use of a secure password.
3.4. Adopt measures on your technological devices to prevent physical and logical access by unauthorized third parties, such as the use of passwords and/or biometrics.
3.5. It is the responsibility of USERS to leave their AntiSpam systems, similar filters or message redirection settings adjusted so that they do not interfere with the receipt of communications and materials from the Bionovis, and no excuse is acceptable if you did not have access to an email or electronic message due to the resources mentioned. A Bionovis does not send emails or other types of communication with external links owned by you or your domain, in this way, if the USER receive any message of this type containing external links from third parties, you must be aware of the risks when clicking on the link, as it may be a fraud attempt known as phishing.
3.6. When accessing the CAREER PORTAL, USERS declare that they will respect all intellectual property rights owned by Bionovis, as well as all rights relating to third parties that may be, or were, in some way available on the CAREER PORTAL.
3.6.1. All trade names of products from Bionovis and logos appearing on this website, whether designed with your trademark symbol or format that is different from the surrounding text, are trademarks of Bionovis, unless otherwise indicated. All third party products and trade names appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners and Bionovis makes no claims of ownership of these.
3.7. USERS will only be able to reproduce the content available on the CAREER PORTAL, especially its brands and layout of the environment, provided that they are duly authorized in advance in writing by Bionovis. This applies to any changes to the material, especially translation or other processing, as well as the transmission of the material.
3.8. USERS are aware and agree that the use, redistribution, commercialization and/or reproduction of content or part of content made available on the CAREER PORTAL must follow the rules regarding Brazilian Copyright laws, under penalty of being characterized as improper use and/or infringement of the intellectual rights of third parties.
3.9. The functionalities that make up the CAREER PORTAL are offered in the form of service provision, not granting the USER any rights to the software used by Bionovis or about its IT structures that support the CAREER PORTAL.
3.10. Access to the programming areas of the CAREER PORTAL, its database or any other set of information that is part of Webmastering is not allowed.
3.11. The USER is also not authorized to carry out or allow reverse engineering to be carried out, nor translate, decompile, copy, modify, reproduce, rent, sublicense, publish, disseminate, transmit, lend, distribute or otherwise dispose of the tools of the CAREER PORTAL and its functionalities.
3.12. In the CAREER PORTAL the use of spider or data mining software, of any type or kind, is prohibited, in addition to anything not specified here, but which acts in an automated manner, either to carry out mass operations or for any other purposes.
3.13. Failure to comply with any of the obligations stipulated here may result in the suspension of functionalities, as provided for in this document.
3.14. The eventual removal, blocking or suspension of any content or functionality of the CAREER PORTAL as a result of any complaint, it must always be understood as a demonstration of good faith and an intention to resolve conflicts amicably, never as an acknowledgment of guilt or any infraction by Bionovis to the right of a third party.
3.15. In the incidence of damage to CAREER PORTAL or third parties, the person responsible undertakes to bear all obligations to compensate the injured party.
BIONOVIS' RESPONSIBILITY
4.1. Bionovis is not responsible for any problems,bugs, glitches or improper functioning that occurs on USERS' devices and equipment and results from the regular use of the CAREER PORTAL.
4.2. Bionovis does not guarantee nor is it responsible for the full and uninterrupted availability of the CAREER PORTAL, the correct functioning of which depends on access and data traffic between USERS' computer terminals and the company's servers, Bionovis not having any interference and not being responsible for any failures in the traffic of this data and in access to the CAREER PORTAL resulting from failures in the world wide web or the network itself and telecommunications services provided by Internet access providers.
4.3. Bionovis is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by third-party events, such as hacker attacks, system, server or internet connection failures, including the actions of malicious software such as viruses, Trojan horses, and others that may, in any way, damage the equipment or the connection of USERS as a result of accessing, using or browsing the CAREER PORTAL, as well as the transfer of data, files, images, photographs, texts, logos, graphics, audio or videos contained therein.
4.4. Bionovis is not responsible for the attitudes taken by the User based, directly or indirectly, on the CAREER PORTAL, its rules, information, data, research, reports, regulations, opinions, suggestions and others, the USER agreeing to use it with common sense, based on morals and good manners.
4.5. You USERS do not have any right to demand the availability of the CAREER PORTALas best suits them, nor will they be able to claim compensation or repair for damages in the event of the CAREER PORTAL remaining offline, regardless of the cause.
4.6. Bionovis may, in accordance with its business objectives, modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the distribution or updating of the CAREER PORTAL.
4.7. Bionovis reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and other established rules and criteria, services provided, additional registration fields, and data entry, and everything it deems necessary for the correct functioning of the CAREER PORTAL and its business, with no prior notice being given to USERS.
4.8. Bionovis does not hold any responsibility for the navigation of USERS using external links contained in the CAREER PORTAL, the latter being responsible for reading any Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the portal accessed and acting as determined.
4.8.1. Bionovis does not verify, control, approve or guarantee the adequacy or accuracy of the information or data made available in such links, therefore not being responsible for losses or damages incurred when visiting such websites, and it is up to the interested party to verify the reliability of the information and data displayed there before making any decision or carrying out any action.
4.9. The CAREER PORTAL and its functionalities are presented to USERS in the way they are available, and may undergo constant improvements and updates, obliging Bionovis to:
(i) preserve the functionality of the CAREER PORTAL, with unbroken links and using layout that respects usability and navigability, whenever possible;
(ii) display the functionalities in a clear, complete, precise and sufficient manner so that there is an exact perception of the operations carried out; and
(iii) preserve, through the available state of the art, the data entered into the functionalities offered on its CAREER PORTAL.
4.10. Bionovis makes efforts towards the continuous and permanent availability of the CAREER PORTAL. However, there may occasionally be some temporary unavailability resulting from necessary maintenance or even caused by reasons of force majeure, such as natural disasters, failures or collapses in central communication and Internet access systems or third-party events that are outside its sphere of responsibility, vigilance and responsibility.
4.10.1. If this occurs, Bionovis will do everything in its power to reestablish access to the CAREER PORTAL as soon as possible, within the technical limitations of its services and third-party services, on which Bionovis depends to stay online.

6.2. These Terms of Use and Browsing Conditions are subject to constant improvement and improvement. Thus, the Bionovis reserves the right to modify them at any time, depending on the purpose of the CAREER PORTAL or convenience of its controlling company, such as for adequacy and legal compliance with a provision of law or standard that has equivalent legal force, and it is up to the USER check it whenever he or she accesses the CAREER PORTAL.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1. The Terms and Conditions of Use described here are interpreted in accordance with Brazilian legislation, in the Portuguese language, with the Court of the District of Valinhos in the State of São Paulo being elected to resolve any dispute or controversy involving this document, unless there is a specific exception regarding personal jurisdiction, territorial or functional by applicable legislation.
